We LOVE Pismo!
I know everyone in Bakersfield talks about how yucko Pismo is ... but we actually love it! Sunday afternoon was hot ... hot ... hot and we had nothing to do inside. The house was clean, laundry was done, we did not want to do homework, we already did grocery shopping ... and the Olympics were getting old. So Ryan says "wanna go to Pismo?" I did not have to answer ... I was grabbing bags throwing them in the car and making bottles for Peyton. Next thing I knew ... we were on our way to the beach! I love that we live so close to the beach that we can decide to do that at 12:00 on a Sunday afternoon. And Peyton loved discovering the sand! I can not believe how big he is getting =( Oh and check out those teeth! He has 4 teeth on top now ... and he knows how to use them! HE BITES!

what a fun day! I have been craving the beach so badly lately. And your cute pictures only make me want to go more. I especially love the shadow one!
Thanks so much for the compliment on my picture... I really don't feel like I know much about picture-taking at all, actually, but that was really sweet of you to say. :) I've taken lots of inspiration and some pointers from a couple of good friends who are AMAZING photographers, and my other little secret is... editing. hehe. I use Picasa to add different effects and change things up until I get exactly look I want. It's so easy! As for my camera, well, it's just my little point-and-click pocket-sized Canon. Nothing fancy, because I am not technologically inclined at all. :)
A photography class would be so fun!! I'll have to check that out. I'd love to actually know what I'm doing. You'll have to let me know if you decide to go for sure.

Yes, your little guy in the sand is so cute! And I must say I'm quite jealous of your energy and passion in decorating your house. It's been so long that I've felt blah about that!

Your husband looks sooooooooo familiar and I have no clue why. Maybe just from seeing his face on your blog? I don't know... sometimes I think people are familiar really I have never seen them in my life!
