After the stockings were hung, Peyton pulled his off the fireplace and the metal snowflake stocking holder stabbed him in the dead center of his forehead. There was blood everywhere! Screaming, crying, me a wreck, Ryan sopping up blood, my fireplace looking like a set of CSI, there was too much excitement to take any picture. When all was said and done, it was not a very big cut at all ... just a lot of blood! We decided no stockings this year. Boys ...
By the end of the night Peyton was tuckered out and Cohen was waking up for his notorious all nighters =) It was a fun filled night. I am just SO GLAD we did not end up in the ER!

Making a List and Checking it Twice ...
Santa Letter: CHECK
Nativity Scene: CHECK
Christmas Tree: CHECK
Daddy's ornament before mommy.
Mommy's ornament before Daddy.
Ornaments together.
And ornaments starting a whole new generation.
Enjoying Every Second of it: SUPER CHECK
Peyton had to keep telling Cohen to stop chewing on baby Jesus ... sounds morbid I know.
But when Cohen was not teething on the Nativity Scene Peyton loved showing it to him!
Guess who loved decorating the tree with the Christmas music playing?!
Peyton is just a little confused as to why he can not take the ornaments back off now ... =(
Cohen decorated the tree in a very different way ... he was one of the decorations! Smooch smooch smooch that little Grinch!
Cohen enjoyed just watching all of the festivities. Music, laughter, twinkling lights, and brother almost cracking his head open, whats not to love?!
