Cohen is 8 Months Old Today

This little bundle of sunshine swung into our lives 8 months ago today. Wow, I say it again, WHERE IS THE TIME GOING?!
This month he has grown increasingly curious about ... well, EVERYTHING! He is constantly busy and into everything, it is so fun to watch!
He is still a chunky monkey! He loves to eat and his elbow dimples are sure proof of it =) I am still making all of his food, so he has had Banana's, Apples, Sweet Potatoes, Avocados, Squash, Pees, and Yogurt. The yogurt was a bad idea, we are using the Super Baby Food book and they recommended it, but I have eliminated it. He only had it once and got a BAD rash!
Cohen and Peyton adore each other. They have to be in the same room at all times and playing with the same sort of toys. If Peyton is playing guitar he makes sure Cohen has a guitar as well.
Cohen and Peyton love just hanging out in the play room making a mess for mommy to later clean up. Cohen enjoys taking all of the books off of the book shelf.
Learning to crawl at the end of 7 months just was not enough for this little guy, now he is standing all of the time. It is pretty darn precious if I may say so myself!
His little face has changed so much this past month, less baby and more boy =( His hair is thickening up a little and his cheeks have slimmed ... COME BACK CHEEKS!
And last but not least, he has a hard time with the whole open eyes in a picture thing JUST LIKE MOMMY!
Cohen brings a loud and demanding joy into a room, laughter follows him everywhere, and no one can resist grabbing a squeezing this smoochy little Gummy Bear. Cohen we love you more every moment!

Hee hee at you and Cohen having your eyes closed in pictures. I adore the picture of the two boys sitting together and Peyton's arms wrapped around Cohen in a big hug. They are going to be the best of friends.
