I Love Him to Infinity and Beyond

I am really not sure what started the Buzz frenzy in our home. It might have been that his cousins had Buzz toys. It might have been that he watched Toy Story at a friends house, or it might have been this book that his Granny and Grandpa made for him ...Whatever it was that made him fall for Buzz ... he fell fast and hard! There was one item topping the 3rd birthday list ... he just kept asking for a Buzz toy, the one with the laser beam. My parents decided to get him one for his birthday, and our home hasn't been the same since!
He absolutely loves Buzz. He takes him everywhere. He even gets a place setting at the table when I am feeling generous. There was only one problem ... his baby Coco did not have a Buzz to play with. This really bothered Peyton.
So once again Granny and Grandpa stepped in and found this plush little baby Buzz. This is the first real toy for Peyton to get so attached to, and it has brought the boys together in a whole new way! Peyton likes to play out the part of Toy Story 2 when there are two Buzz's, and the boys play back and forth about which one is the REAL Buzz. Peyton runs around the house saying "not today Zerg! Not today!" almost constantly. Cohen knows how to pretend shoot people with the laser beam now ... that is what is going on in our home 24/7!There really is not a place in our home that you will find Peyton more than a few inches from Buzz. And if you watch him when he is not looking you will see moments where Peyton kisses Buzz's head and says "I really love you Buzz, you are my toy friend." Heart melting!!!!
