Mothers Day Bliss

To wake up to the smell of breakfast being cooked, see pink roses on my dining room table, read a sappy card from my little boy Peyton (with the help of daddy) and to find out that my boys got me the best present in the world … a Cannon Rebel XS … yes it was a perfect Mothers Day! I do not know how to use my new camera yet … but I am ecstatic to figure it out!

The rest of our day was spent basking in the sun at Pismo, Peyton just loved the cold water on his toes, filling up his bucket with sand and dumping it back out, and enjoying some frozen yogurt for the first time. The day was peaceful and wonderful, thank you Hubby!

I hope all of you mommies had a special Mothers Day as well and know how important and amazing you are to your children and your hubbies!

(confession: yes I let my child run around in a diaper on the beach and yes I know it is kinda white trash, what can I say!?)
