Welcome Summer 2009

How fun, my 100th post is welcoming summer back into our lives! My baby shower is this weekend and was originally planned to be outside ... until Jill called me and said "change of plans ... it is going to be triple digits this weekend!" Yes ... summer is here. In my humble opinion there is only one place to be when it is that hot ... in the water! So I plan on living in the pool for the next three months =) I still think a swim party baby shower would be quite appropriate ... he he just kidding (kinda). Welcome Bakersfield summer, you will be bringing many new babies into the world, giving lots of teachers a needed rest, and helping all of us white girls get out glow back! From this point on I will be sporting the wonderful scent of sunscreen and avoiding wearing more clothes than specifically needed =)
