Grandpa's, Grandad's and Papa's

Grandfathers are a dear blessing, full of love and wisdom. Growing up I never knew any grandfathers on my mom's side of the family {she does not know her father}, but I had a Grandpa and a Great Grandpa on my fathers side of the family. Now my children are enormously blessed to have 5 Grandpas! Each one of them special in their own little way.
Grandad Bob Williams {my fathers father}
Grandad is calm and loving. He can be stern if you engage him in a conversation about politics or God, but he is stern in a loving and passionate way. He lives his life to serve God and bless others. The boys love tackling him or taking tractor rides on his mountain.
Papa Quad Villicano {Ryan's mother's father}
Papa Quad is our big teddy bear. He is fun loving, funny, and full of life. We love sitting around his living room listening to his 100's of stories about life. Papa Quad can take you back to a simpler time, when children ran free on farms and mothers spent all day cooking. The boys love playing with his toy tractors at his house and his dog Coco!

Papa Bill Diffee {Ryan's father's father}
Papa Bill can make any child laugh at any time. He may be sitting on a couch looking serious, but the second he has a child's attention he is making goofy noises and tickling and laughing with the children. Peyton loves this snarly noise he makes and he tries to copy him and make it himself. He brings joy to a room.
Grandpa Greg Williams {my father}
Grandpa is fun, exciting, has a motorcycle and a plane! Anytime a plane fly's overhead Peyton gets ecstatic and tells everyone his Grandpa is flying high! The boys cling to him like a magnet and ask to see him constantly. He is the rescue fixer upper in the family so if something breaks, Peyton says "lets get Daddy and Grandpa, they fix it!"
Papa David Diffee {Ryan's father}
Papa is a floor wrestler, a chaser, and a hard worker. Peyton loves watching Papa work outside, Papa is not afraid to get his hands dirty! Papa has a calming spirit around children and loves playing with them. Peyton says "Papa comes and gets me, I get him too" and then he busts up laughing. Papa is very attentive to children regardless of anything else going on, he can calm a crying baby any time of day!
Grandpa's, Grandad's and Papa's you are all such a blessing in our lives. We love you, appreciate you, and respect you. Happy fathers day to all of the "original" fathers in my family!

what a beautiful tribute to all the men in your life. You should print this up as a Father's Day gift to them! You are all so blessed.

How blessed your boys are to have all these men in their lives! Unfortunately, that is very rare in our society!
